These terms apply to dms-leb.com, the information website of DMS – Dental Medical Supplies. By using the site you accept them. Purchases are not made on this site; they are governed by the terms of the DMS app and shop and by the agreement you have with DMS.
1. Who operates the site
dms-leb.com is operated by DMS – Dental Medical Supplies, Freeway Center, Sin El Fil, Beirut, Lebanon (dms@dms-leb.com), a dental supply distributor founded in 1997.
2. What the site is for
The site presents the brands DMS distributes in Lebanon, its specialties, its clinical-education calendar and its company information. Nothing on the site is a commercial offer. Orders are placed through the DMS app and shop (dms-leb.shop), by phone, or with your DMS sales representative, and are subject to the terms presented there and to your account conditions.
3. Professional audience
The products shown are intended for licensed dental professionals, dental laboratories, universities and healthcare institutions. The information is provided for professional reference and is not medical advice; clinicians remain responsible for their indications and must follow each manufacturer's instructions for use.
4. Product information and availability
Product images, descriptions and specifications are provided for reference and may differ from the item delivered, in particular when a manufacturer updates a product. Availability, pricing, registration status and specifications are confirmed at the time of order. DMS may amend or withdraw any listing without notice.
5. Events and training
Event dates, speakers, venues and fees are published as announced and may change. Registration and attendance conditions are given for each event, usually in the DMS app. DMS may cancel or reschedule an event; registered participants are informed through the contact details they provided.
6. Distributor profile and downloads
The distributor profile and other documents offered for download are provided to brand representatives for the sole purpose of evaluating a distribution relationship with DMS. They may not be published or passed on to third parties without written permission from DMS.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, design, code, photographs and videos of the site belong to DMS or are used under licence. Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear on the site in DMS's capacity as their distributor in Lebanon. No part of the site may be copied for commercial use without permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no automated scraping of its content, no false or abusive form submissions, and no attempt to disrupt its operation or hosting.
9. External links
Links to brand websites, to the app stores, to WhatsApp and to our social profiles are provided for convenience. DMS does not control those services and is not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
10. Liability
The site is provided "as is". DMS takes reasonable care to keep its content accurate and the site available, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by Lebanese law, DMS is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its information. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute relating to the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.
