DMS is a privately held, family-owned Lebanese company, owner-operated by the Whaibe family since 1997. Chaouki Whaibe is the founder, owner, and CEO. Jeff Whaibe serves as Chief Operating Officer. Christian Whaibe serves as Chief Marketing Officer.

DMS accepts cash, bank transfer, and credit terms for established accounts, in both USD and LBP. New accounts typically start on prepayment and graduate to credit terms after a short trading history.
