About Ancar

Ancar (legal name Antoni Carles, S.A.) is a family-owned Spanish dental equipment manufacturer founded in 1958 by Antoni Carles Bosch in Vilassar de Mar, near Barcelona. The company designs and assembles every dental unit in-house at its Catalan factory, and exports to 32+ countries across Europe, the Middle East, Oceania, and the Maghreb.

The Ancar range is built around the S-LINE, Series 3, and Ortho product lines, with a brand promise summed up in their own words: “Rooted in Tradition, Driven by Technology, Crafted with Care.” Ancar is one of the few European manufacturers still producing dedicated left-handed and fully ambidextrous configurations as part of its core catalogue.
